Bison monitors the ever-changing legal landscapes of the Private Investigations and Accounts Receivable Management industries.  These measures enable Bison to operate in full compliance with all state and federal regulatory laws and industry provisions.  The Regulatory Licensing Service of the Department of Public Safety (DPS) continuously regulates, audits and enforces The Bison Group’s license within the Private Investigations and Private Security Industry.  Bison’s additional internal compliance requirements mandated by the DPS give our clients peace of mind that extra levels of security are utilized to ensure all information is treated with the utmost confidentiality.
